Mamen brings extensive experience in the real estate sector, both in development and marketing, and her deep knowledge of the local market in Levante will be an invaluable asset to MP in this area. With Mamen's arrival, we are moving forward with our expansion plan and are delighted to announce the opening of a new office in Valencia. This decision reflects our commitment to a key location in the real estate sector, which has seen one of the highest growth rates in new construction nationwide. With a total of 1,399 homes started in 2022, Valencia is only behind Madrid and Malaga in terms of real estate activity. We are excited to have Mamen's talent and experience to drive our success in this region. But that's not all. We also welcome Vanesa Ruiz as Sales Manager for Catalonia. Vanesa brings vast experience in the real estate sector and a deep knowledge of the local market in Catalonia. Her incorporation marks a further step in our expansion plan, as we open a new office in Barcelona.
